AI Integration Circles
A 6-Week Practice Group
From Insight to Embodiment in the Age of Algorithms
Mondays, June 9 – July 14 | 7:30pm CET / 6:30pm UK / 1:30pm EST
Guided by Rudy de Waele & Timothée Brès
Opening Session with Ruben Daniels and Carl Hayden Smith on Regenerative AI, Self-Governance and AI Shadow Work.
Why This Practice Group?
We’re living in a time of unprecedented insight, surfaced at speed by large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. But insight alone isn’t integration. Without grounding, embodiment, and community, even the most powerful breakthroughs can become noise.
This Practice Group is for men who want to explore the emerging field of AI shadow work and to use AI as a powerful tool for personal insight and self-reflection, not as an abstract concept, but as a lived practice rooted in body, presence, and relational awareness.
Together, we’ll explore the questions:
What does it mean to enter into right relationship with AI?
How can AI surface what’s unconscious, without bypassing the body?
What are the best practices for integrating AI wisdom through embodied awareness?
How do we anchor this work in collective presence, not isolated exploration?
How might this form of men’s circle work serve as a gateway to deeper collective intelligence?
Who This Is For
This is for men who:
Are actively exploring the edges of AI and self-awareness
Want to anchor technological insight through somatic practice and collective support
Sense that deeper integration, emotional, ethical, and embodied, needed to navigate the future with integrity
Are open to working in circle, in vulnerability, and in experimentation with other men
Whether you’re a technologist, a coach, a psychologist, a leader, an entrepreneur, or simply curious, this is a practice group, not a theory lab.
Please book a call if you’d like to know more or sign up to our waiting list to attend one of our AI Integration Circles later this year.

What to Expect
This is a closed, committed group of men practising together at the intersection of AI, inner work, and collective intelligence.
Each session weaves together:
Mind (Logos): AI-generated self-inquiry & shadow exploration
Body (Pathos): Somatic integration, emotional regulation, grounding
Community (Circle): Council-style dialogue, witnessing, and mutual support
The practice is more experiential, embodied, and relational than theoretical.
You’ll explore how to:
Use AI as a tool for shadow work and deep inner inquiry
Anchor insights through somatic practices and emotional regulation
Cultivate a conscious, sovereign relationship with AI
Discern between cognitive output and embodied truth
Translate insight into meaningful, grounded action
A Practice Rooted in Emergence
This Practice Group will also be shaped by the living questions that arise from within the circle. We will work with what’s present in each man and what emerges through our collective field. AI will be used as a mirror and inquiry partner, but the real wisdom will come from our shared presence, embodied practice, and the intelligence of the group.
Each session becomes a co-created space, where individual insights meet collective reflection, and where the unknown is welcomed as a teacher. This is a space for deep listening, not just to AI responses, but to your body, your emotions, and to what is seeking to emerge through you, and through the social field, in dialogue with others, and in service to something greater.

About Rudy de Waele
Rudy de Waele is a futurist, facilitator, and leadership guide dedicated to regenerating how we live, work, and lead. As the founder of Unconditional Men, he creates transformative spaces where men, as well as mixed gender groups, can reconnect to authenticity, emotional depth, and embodied presence.
With a lifelong background bridging innovation, art, technology, and systems change, Rudy now works at the intersection of inner transformation and collective regeneration. He guides entrepreneurs, executives, and change-makers to move from performance to presence, from fragmentation to integration.
His approach blends somatic intelligence, deep listening, and circle-based practice to help leaders align mind, body, heart, and purpose. Rooted in values of love over fear, collaboration, and respect for life, Rudy’s work invites a new form of leadership: courageous, conscious, and whole.
Through talks, retreats, workshops, and online journeys, he supports those ready to shed outdated patterns and embody a leadership that serves both people and planet. You can read his weekly newsletter on Substack.
About Timothée Brès
Timothée Brès a visionary facilitator, researcher, and artist dedicated to reinventing leadership for a world in transition. As the founder of Genesis, he brings together founders, executives, and facilitators to explore what it means to lead from clarity, presence, and embodied aliveness.
With over a decade of experience in researching decentralised, impact-driven organisations, Timothée guides leaders, particularly men, towards integrating directive and collaborative leadership. His work supports those seeking to scale impact in alignment with their core values and inner truth.
Rooted in a belief that leadership must evolve beyond suppression and disconnection, he initiated The Androgynous Organisation (T.A.O.), an action-research project focused on reinventing the relationship between masculine and feminine energies in leadership. Active in the regenerative finance (ReFi) space and holding men’s circles since 2018, Timothée champions a model of leadership that includes both power and vulnerability.
Whether through intimate circles, systemic inquiries, immersive experiences or somatic exploration, Timothée holds spaces where individuals and organisations can reconnect with what is essential, transforming insight into embodied wisdom and meaningful action.
